Aroma

I just came back from Scandinavia, and while you wait for my new City Guide category, here is an amazing restaurant I discovered in Firenze this summer. Their specialty : fresh fish and shells, and the homemade pasta! A pure delight. I hope it will give you ideas. I want to make these at home!

Basque sangria

I discovered this cocktail at a friend’s place and I love it, even though I’m not too fond of alcohol…I made it for my birthday party and it had a lot of success, it is fresh and lemony, perfect for a summer night!
For 15 tall cocktail glasses :
– 2 bottles of Basque Txacoli or Champagne
– 6 shots of Cointreau or Grand Marnier
– 6 shots of Whisky single malt
– 1,5L of lemonade
– 4 (organic) lemons cut in slices
– the juice of 2 lemons
– the juice of 2 fresh oranges
– ice, ice, baby!
