Fusilli al carbonara

This is not the real carbonara recipe, because the Italians don’t use any cream in it, but I also like it that way!
The Ingredients (for 2)
-250 g Fusilli
-15 cl liquid cream
-1 stock-cube
-100 g bacon cubes
-100 g de Portobello mushrooms
-1 egg yolk
-1 oignon
The Recipe
- Grill your bacon cubes in a pan. Put aside.
- Throw the oil away, and bake your chopped oignon and sliced mushrooms.
- Cook your pasta al dente, with the stock-cube in the water.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg yolk and the cream. Add the mushrooms, oignons and bacon.
- While you drain your pasta, keep half a glass of the water.
- Put the pasta in the bowl, mix, and slowly add the water and stir again.
- Serve with grated parmesan.

Weekend Eclairs
The young and talented Christophe Adam and Fauchon are preparing an ephemere event.

K-Mart is a super half Japanese and Corean supermarket, filled with exotic products such as above, a green tea tiramisu and sesame rice bowls filled with red beans paste. They also have a little restaurant with daily fresh made sushis and bentos.

Le K-mart est un chouette supermarché moitié japonais & coréen débordant de produits exotiques comme ci-dessus, le tiramisu au thé vert, et des boules de riz au sésame fourrées à la pâte d’haricots rouges. Une partie restaurant propose aussi des sushis frais et des bentos.

Summer conchiglie

The Ingredients (for 2 persons)
-250g conchiglie pasta
-150g Ricotta
-cherry tomatoes
-rucola salad
-1 mozarella ball
-2 tablespoon olive oil
-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
The Recipe
- Cook your pasta as indicated on the packaging.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour the pasta in.
- Cut the tomatoes in half, the mozarella in cubes and add them at the end with the rucola.
- You can add some pesto, and some balsamic vinegar sirup on top.
