Summer conchiglie

The Ingredients (for 2 persons)

-250g conchiglie pasta

-150g Ricotta
-cherry tomatoes
-rucola salad
-1 mozarella ball
-2 tablespoon olive oil
-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
 
The Recipe
  1. Cook your pasta as indicated on the packaging.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Pour the pasta in.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half, the mozarella in cubes and add them at the end with the rucola.
  5. You can add some pesto, and some balsamic vinegar sirup on top.
