Merry X-Mas! Joyeux Noël!

Aaah, Noël…La période de l’année où l’on mange probablement le plus et en un temps record! Vous avez été nombreux à répondre d’ailleurs à mon sondage de Noël (merci d’avoir participé!), et vous êtes une grande majorité d’ailleurs à cuisiner pour l’occasion. Cream of Jerusalem artichoke soup

I tried a cream of Jerusalem artichoke soup the other day in a restaurant (I’ll tell you about it soon) and it was really delicious, with a poched egg and some foie gras! I then tried it at home in a more simple way and it was very good as well.

The Ingredients

– 1 parsnip

– 4 Jerusalem artichokes

– 1 leek

– 1 tablespoon of butter

The Recipe

Melt the butter in a big casserole, and add the leek cut into strips.
Clean, peel and cut the parsnip and the Jerusalem artichokes, and add them.
Cover with water, and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Mix and savour!

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin dévoile sa dernière création inspirée de l’art traditionnel japonais : l’origami. Clicq’Up est le premier seau à champagne pliable : un accessoire qui tient dans la poche pour rafraîchir la bouteille, utilisable 3 à 4 fois. Il suffit d’ouvrir l’objet et d’appuyer dans le fond pour déposer les glaçons et introduire la bouteille. Ce seau a été designé par Mathias Van Der Walle et a déjà gagné 2 Popai Awards. Il est disponible au prix de 40 euros chez les cavistes et dans les épiceries fines.
