Here’s a very quick and very simple recipe of mine!
The Ingredients
-1 tbsp miso paste
-1 tsp fish sauce
-1 tsp soya sauce
-3 green onions
-1 bunch of enokitake mushrooms
-1 pack of udon noodles
-1 liter of water
-1 stock cube
-black and white sesame grains
-1 tbsp miso paste
-1 tsp fish sauce
-1 tsp soya sauce
-3 green onions
-1 bunch of enokitake mushrooms
-1 pack of udon noodles
-1 liter of water
-1 stock cube
-black and white sesame grains
The Recipe
- Boil the water, with the miso paste, fish sauce and soya sauce, stock-cube.
- Add the sliced green onions and the mushrooms. I just separated them briefly but didn’t cut them.
- Add the noodles, normally they cook in a few minutes.
- Serve and add some sesame grains.
