Carmen & Fauchon

A new pastry is paying tribute to Bizet’s famous opera, Carmen. Christophe Adam and Benoit Couvrand, Fauchon‘s chefs, just created a new macaron inspired by the powerful Spanish woman: a raspberry biscuit filled with dark chocolate ganache.

Macaron Carmen, until the 25th of September, 4€ at Fauchon, 26 Place de la Madeleine à Paris.
