Spaguetti chirashi way

I thought I would name this one like this, I think it’s pretty funny. This recipe is an example of the result of an impulsive and unguarded mix of components.

The Ingredients (For 2)

– 250 g of spaguetti
– 2 avocados
– smoked or raw salmon
– 15 cl of cream
– fresh dill
– 1 lemon
– 2 tbs olive oil
– 1 ts soy sauce

The Recipe

  1. Cook your pasta as usual.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream, the lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, dill, and avocados cut in cubes. Add salt and pepper but not too much salt if you are using smoked salmon.
  3. Put the pasta into the sauce and stir.
  4. Serve, and put the salmon on top, which was cut into cubes or thin slices.
