The Ingredients (for 6 plates)
– 4 avocado
– 1 pack of crayfish tails (100g)
– 1 pack of crab meat (250g)
– 2 limes
– olive oil
– salad (rucola, lamb’s lettuce,…)
– fresh dill
The Recipe
- In a salad bowl, mix the avocado cut in pieces, the chopped dill, the crab, lime juice, olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Mix well by crushing the avocado.
- In plates, place inox circles and pour your mixture into it and press it down. Take off your circle slowly.
- Place your seasoned salad around, and your crayfish on top.
