Gluten free crackers

I love these easy crackers, perfect to be eaten with hummus or guacamole. I got inspired by a recipe from Anna Jones in her Modern Cookbook.
– 100g of sunflower seeds
– 100g of pumpkin seeds
– 100g sesame
– 200g of gluten free oats (I did without, it also works)
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
– 50g chia seeds
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 35cl of water
– the spices of your choice (chili, paprika, cumin, fennel,…)
– a little bit of grated cheese is optional

Preheat the oven to 190C (T5). Mix all the ingredients, then spread on a baking sheet with baking paper. Add the grated cheese at the end on top. Cut rectangles. Cook 20 min, then 20 min without parchment paper, by turning the crakers on the other side.
