A summer breakfast

  1. Bake some bacon in a pan. Put aside and throw away the oil.
  2. Bake the sliced mushrooms.
  3. Add a tomato cut in half with pepper, salt and herbs. Put aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, with some pepper, salt and herbs (rosmarin, thym,…), and cook it in the pan for a short moment.
