Eggplant caviar


This a very simple and great recipe, a caviar which you can spread onto grilled bread or pita.
 
The Ingredients
-2 eggplants
-1 garlic clove
-salt
-3 tbs olive oil
-1 tbs grilled sesame grains
-1/2 lemon
 
The Recipe
  1. Wash the eggplants, and cover them with aluminium foil entirely. Bake them for about an hour at 150˚C, with the garlic as well.
  2. Take them out of the oven, and peel their skin off.
  3. Put them in a bowl, with the garlic, some salt and pepper, olive oil, sesame and lemon juice. Mix it.
  4. I personnally added some mixed herbs brought back from Jordania (thym and sesame)
