This is not really a recipe, but more a pretty way of presenting a mozarella-tomatoes salad! All you need to do is intercalate a piece of heirloom tomatoe, a piece of buffala mozarella, and a big basil leaf. My little trick is to pour some fresh homemade pesto of top on it all!
