Les fruits et légumes sont difficiles à trouver et/ou hors de prix (à 18 euros le melon, t’as intérêt à bien le choisir). Heureusement dans les montagnes, il y a des petits marchés avec les récoltes de la région. / Fruits and veggies are hard to find and/or incredibly costly (18 euros for a melon, you better choose it well!). Hopefully in the mountains, there are some markets with harvest from the region.
Edamame
La cérémonie du thé se fait avec de la poudre de thé matcha battue vigoureusement dans de l’eau chaude avec un fouet en bambou, ce qui en donne un thé très mousseux, accompagné de sa pâtisserie étrange. Et on déguste cela dans une bambouseraie, une forêt aux reflets bleus et aux interminables troncs. /
The tea ceremony is all about mixing firmly the matcha powder with a wooden whisk and hot water. The tea is thus very foamy and is accompanied by a strange patisserie.
