Radish & Grains Salad

Here’s a very easy and refreshing recipe!

The Ingredients
– 1 bunch of radish
– 1 bunch of spinach or lamb’s lettuce
– 1 cup of quinoa + boulgour + wheat
– feta or fresh goat’s cheese
– vinaigrette (olive oil + balsamic vinegar)

The Recipe

  1. Cook your quinoa into a big casserole of boiling water. Drain and let it cool.
  2. Wash and cut the radish into small strips.
  3. Mix the salad, cheese, radish and grains.
  4. Add your vinaigrette and some grilled sesame or flax grains.
