Matsuri

Some very good sushis (expensive though), a few exotic desserts (here a trio of black sesame, green matcha tea and red beans ice creams), several savourous salads and meals make Matsuri a nice place to eat and look at the chefs prepare the fresh fish finding itself to you on its little wagon. The portions are small, which incites the hungry client (me) to try all the plates coming my way, thus discovering a hefty bill… : )
+ their engagement to refuse serving red thuna from the Mediterraneen sea, an endangered species
the prices are quite high, but it is quite worth it
