The Ingredients
– 1 cucumber
– 1 Greek yogurt
– Chives, fresh dill and mint
– 2 tbsp cream cheese
The Recipe
- Peel the cucumber fully or half way by alternating bands.
- Cut into thick slices. Scoop out with a spoon.
- Mix the chopped herbs with yogurt and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper, and a little olive oil.
- Place the mixture into the holes.
