Here’s a very easy and refreshing recipe!
The Ingredients
– 1 bunch of radish
– 1 bunch of spinach or lamb’s lettuce
– 1 cup of quinoa + boulgour + wheat
– feta or fresh goat’s cheese
– vinaigrette (olive oil + balsamic vinegar)
The Recipe
- Cook your quinoa into a big casserole of boiling water. Drain and let it cool.
- Wash and cut the radish into small strips.
- Mix the salad, cheese, radish and grains.
- Add your vinaigrette and some grilled sesame or flax grains.
