Green gnocchis

You’re coming home late, you don’t really want to cook, still want something good but fast (and furious)? I have what you need (I got what you need so tell me what you need). Very simple my friend.
The Ingredients (for 2)
– gnocchis (you doubt that we’re not going to learn homemade gnocchis today hey)
– some green asparagus ends
– half a cup of green peas
– 1 leek
– 10cl of cream
– 1/2 lemon
The Super Easy And Fast Recipe
  1. Fry the leek and some butter in a pan.
  2. Add the peas, and then the asparagus. It has to stay crunchy.
  3. Bake your gnocchis in water with a stock-cube, it usually takes around 2 minutes.
  4. Add some boiling water into your veggies, then add the cream and lemon juice.
  5. Mix everything up and ta-da!
