Heart pasta with ricotta and sundried tomatoes

Yes, I know, Valentine’s Day was in February, but I had this stock of colorful heart pasta in my drawers and decided to make this very simple and delicious recipe from a friend of mine.

The Ingredients (for 2)
– 300g of ricotta
– 4 tbs olive oil
– 4 tbs liquid cream
– 1 garlic clove
– sundried tomatoes
– 1 handful of rucola

The Recipe

  1. Brown the garlic with olive oil and tomatoes. Turn off the heat.
  2. Add the ricotta, oil and cream. Mix.
  3. Add the pasta in and mix again. Serve with the rucola on top and parmesan.
