The Ingredients
-160 g butter
-140 g sugar
-2 (or 3 if like me, you like bitterness) organic lemons and their zest
-1 big spoon of poppyseeds
-3 eggs
-130 g flour
-1 big spoon of baking powder
The Recipe
- Pre-heat your oven at 180°.
- Mix the butter and sugar.
- Add the zest, the juices, the eggs and mix thorougly.
- Blend slowly the flour.
- Pour the mixture into small muffin moulds, and bake for 25 minutes.
