Oops, I’m a bit late to post this one for French Mother’s Day, but it’s never too late to talk about Japanese pastry chef Sadaharu Aoki, established in Paris (boutiques opened also in Tokyo and Taipei), dedicated to desserts with a Japanese touch.
Here is the special “Paradis fraise” for Mother’s Day, which was available this weekend only in their boutiques, and at Lafayette, and other lovely looking cakes.
