The Ingredients (for 2 persons)
-250g conchiglie pasta
-150g Ricotta
-cherry tomatoes
-rucola salad
-1 mozarella ball
-2 tablespoon olive oil
-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
The Recipe
- Cook your pasta as indicated on the packaging.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour the pasta in.
- Cut the tomatoes in half, the mozarella in cubes and add them at the end with the rucola.
- You can add some pesto, and some balsamic vinegar sirup on top.
