Yes, I know, Valentine’s Day was in February, but I had this stock of colorful heart pasta in my drawers and decided to make this very simple and delicious recipe from a friend of mine.
The Ingredients (for 2)
– 300g of ricotta
– 4 tbs olive oil
– 4 tbs liquid cream
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 garlic clove
– sundried tomatoes
– 1 handful of rucola
The Recipe
- Brown the garlic with olive oil and tomatoes. Turn off the heat.
- Add the ricotta, oil and cream. Mix.
- Add the pasta in and mix again. Serve with the rucola on top and parmesan.
