Christophe Michalak, pastry chef at the Plaza Athénée hotel, is revisiting 5 traditional desserts with summer fruits : cherry in May, strawberry in June, apricot in July, fig in August and prune in September. A color and flavor for every month! The religieuse “new generation”, the meringue, cheesecake, rolled biscuit and clafoutis.
